The Wastewater Treatment Plant is located on Pontiac Lane & Hitt Street (Rt. 71) south of the Illinois River, approximately one quarter mile west of Route 23.

Tours of the facility are available to individuals and groups and may be arranged by contacting us in advance. We would like your visit to be an enjoyable experience, therefore advance notice is requested due to construction, maintenance, and staffing.
