SWIMMING POOL ADVISORY BOARD

# of Members: Five (5)
Length of Term: Five (5) years


A proposed operating budget (consisting of anticipated revenues and expenditures broken down into categories) shall be prepared by the swimming pool advisory board and presented to the council each spring.

The term of office of the swimming pool advisory board members shall be five years or until their successors are appointed and have qualified except that the members of the board first appointed shall be appointed for such terms that the term of one member shall expire annually thereafter. If a vacancy occurs on the board, the mayor shall appoint a successor to serve for the unexpired term.
