HANDICAP PARKING ENFORCEMENT

The Ottawa Police Department has in place a handicap parking enforcement program.

After being instructed on the laws of the State of Illinois and the City of Ottawa ordinances governing handicap parking, volunteers are authorized to issue parking violations to non-conforming vehicles parked in appropriately marked handicap spaces.
