It is the primary mission of the Ottawa Fire Department to provide a variety of services designed to protect the lives and property of our customer base, the citizens of Ottawa and surrounding area from the adverse effects of fire, sudden medical emergencies or the exposure to dangerous conditions caused by man and nature in an efficient, professional and well trained manner.
