For 133 years, the Goddess of Liberty statue has stood proudly
atop the Civil War Soldiers Monument in Washington Square.
The monument pays homage to LaSalle County Civil War Veterans
and is the only tombstone for many of those who lost their lives
in the Civil War. This is a Listing of those fallen soldiers by
Regiment.
